🚨 Important in advance (please read!)

The meeting is exclusively for video shooting.

No more time is planned after the appointment - no additional activities, no ending the day together

!!!! Booking & Liability

The booking isbinding and will only be taken into account upon receipt of money.

Please note that I plan the appointment individually for you and coordinate my own arrival, location/hotel, time slot and the entire organization in advance.

For this reason, reliable planning is necessary and the cancellation conditions mentioned below are binding.

❌ Cancellation & No-show

Since each appointment is individually planned and associated with organizational effort (travel, location/hotel, time planning and preparation), the following binding cancellation conditions apply:

🟢 Cancellation no later than 2 weeks before the appointment 🟢

If the cancellation is made no later than 14 days before the agreed date, the amount already paid will be refunded in full (100%).

🟡 Cancellation less than 2 weeks before the appointment 🟡

If the cancellation takes place between 14 days and 5 days before the appointment, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded. The remaining 50% is retained to cover the costs incurred.

🔴 Cancellation less than 4 days before the appointment or no-show 🔴

In this case, there will be no refund of the amount paid.
