Right of withdrawal

In principle, consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal.

Exclusion or premature termination of the right of withdrawal

For contracts for the delivery of digital content (e.g. Downloads, videos, digital services) that are not delivered on a physical data carrier, the right of withdrawal expires prematurely if:

• The customer has expressly agreed that the execution of the contract will begin before the expiry of the cancellation period, and
• The customer has confirmed that he loses his right of withdrawal by his consent.

Note on the exclusion of refund

After the start of execution (e.g. Download, access to content or use of services) is not entitled to a refund.

Personal responsibility of the customer

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the technical requirements for access to digital content are met (e.g. Working Internet connection, compatible devices, storage of data).

No liability is assumed for data loss or technical problems on the customer's side.

Cancellation period

The cancellation period is 14 days from the conclusion of the contract, unless the right of withdrawal has expired prematurely.
